A spacious library built over an area of 370.22 Sq. m. has around 25000 books with 7000 titles. 25 National Periodical / Journals are subscribed related to IT/Petro Chemical / Electronics / Computers etc. The library referencing & cataloging is computerised and fully computerised library with the bar-coding facility will start functioning within short time.
All major Libraries and Universities of world can now be accessible from Digital reading room of the ITM Library and downloading facility is also available through fast printers. It has become the first Digital Library of the state of M.P. extending this facility to its students.
Currently the library is equipped with a P-III computer with multimedia kit which is used by library staff for cataloging and to refer some material on CD-ROMs by students & Staff members. Presently we have a Collection of hundreds of CDs. A book bank with student / Institute collaboration is being planned to enable the students to have access to books throughout the academic year. A spacious reading room with all facilities is existing which facilitate students to use the reference section of library.
