Institute of Technology & Management situated within Guru-Kripa Campus which is a sprawling area of more than 60 acres along green hills of Vindhyachal ranges and at a highly visible site on National Highway No.75.The Highway is planned to be a four way express lane connecting the North to the South of India . Indian Railways main tracks to Mumbai, Chennai , Hyderabad , Bangalore , Indore , Pune etc.

Affiliation:

The institute is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal (University of Technology of MP). It was initially headed by a very dynamic professor Dr. P.B. Sharma as first Vice-Chancellor. Dr. M.C. Gupta took over as Vice-Chancellor who is keen to upgrade and modernize the Engineering education to cater to the international demands and challenges.

MOU with IIT-Kharagpur:

An MOU was executed between ITM-Gwalior and IIT-Kharagpur in 2001 for the development of Electronics and Telecomm. & Computer Science Departments.

This year the MOU is being extended to include Computer Application & IT for Digital Circuits and Computer Graphics.

Similar MoU with IIT-Kanpur is in final stages of approval for Dept. of Mechanical Engg. Of ITM.

MOU with ISRO-RGPV:

For a satellite based online technical education for UG & PG program has been executed and online classroom having 90 LAN connected computers with all projecting facilities is functional for session 2005-06.
